Sometimes asking “Why?” does more harm than good. Asking "Why?" is like pedaling backwards. It is a useful question to ask when we want to know more about a subject. Then, asking "Why?" can give us more traction, more insight. But, when we're having a bad day or something happens to us that upsets us, asking "Why?" often just keeps us from moving forward.
