18-Week Course

Start each week with a quick 5-minute introduction to each lesson and then lead a 2-5 minute practice. Some of the practices can be done in as little as 30 seconds but others will need more time. If you allow time for discussion, if possible. Discussions can help connect the material with your core curriculum requirements, and make the experience richer for everyone.

 

Sections 1, 2, and 3 progress as the students grasp the material. When your students are ready, thrill them with the more advanced lessons and exercises. 

 

Read through the entire description of each lesson before introducing it to your class. The material is meant to be easy and fast, but you will appreciate being prepared. Add to the material using your own resources and experiences.
