Remember Relax

 

  • Memory is a powerful technique. You can use it for anything. Now we are going to use it for relaxation and/or confidence

  • This is very similar to the Feeling Heavy technique, but we are taking it to the next level.

 

Exercise:

 

  • Imagine what would it be like to be totally relaxed. You've practiced this before with the Feeling Heavy technique.

  • Now, Imagine being someone who is super-confident.

  • Let yourself fully experience it by pretending (remembering, recognizing) that you are completely confident, right now.

  • What does it feel like? What changes for you?

  • Take a moment and remember this feeling. You can remember and have this feeling anytime you want. All they have to do is remember.
