Get Lucky! 

 

  • Preparation is practice.There is always something around the corner, a challenge for us to prepare for. 

  • When we expect the best, we prepare ourselves.

  • When we prepare ourselves to expect to see it. And we look for it. We feel lucky.
     

To prepare for this exercise, and get ready to Get Lucky!,
review these techniques

 

 

Exercise:

  • Close your eyes. 

  • Slow your breath

  • Connect with their Belly Brain

  • Think of an uncoming challenging situation

  • Imagine/visualize the other person (or the whole situation) smiling at you (as in the Trust exercise). Feel Trust in themselves, their bodies.

  • Remember confidenc

  • Visualize the whole encounter. In your mind, see it having a great outcome

  • Know, no matter what, everything will work out great!
