Balancing your skeletal system (your support system) lets your muscles relax, your nerves relax, and thus, your mind relax.
Exercise

Stand up and stretch, feel your energy. Feel how good it feels to be alive and who you are in your healthy body.

Close your eyes and feel your balance.

Rock back and forth and feel where your balance naturally takes you.

Imagine a string attached to the back top part of your head. Imagine hanging from it like an ornament.

Feel your energy in this stance.

Stand against a wall for a minute. Press your whole back and as much of your body as you can, against the wall. Hold this for one minute, and then

Walk around holding this posture for another whole minute.
