Balance - Standing

  • Balancing your skeletal system (your support system) lets your muscles relax, your nerves relax, and thus, your mind relax.

 

Exercise

  • Stand up and stretch, feel your energy. Feel how good it feels to be alive and who you are in your healthy body.

  • Close your eyes and feel your balance.

  • Rock back and forth and feel where your balance naturally takes you. 

  • Imagine a string attached to the back top part of your head. Imagine hanging from it like an ornament. 

  • Feel your energy in this stance. 

  • Stand against a wall for a minute. Press your whole back and as much of your body as you can, against the wall. Hold this for one minute, and then

  • Walk around holding this posture for another whole minute.
