Belly Brain

 

  • Paying attention to your Belly Brain you will develop a sense of it, and a connection with it. The more you connect with this brain, the more value you’ll get from it such as

    • thinking more clearly, less emotionally

    • trusting yourself, doing better in sports and on test (and everything else)

    • feeling relax and at peace and in control

Exercise:

 

  • Do your Slow Breathe Squeeze three times, then

  • Let yourself breathe diaphragmatically. It’s how you breathed when you were a baby with out any worries, totally self confident, then

  • Pay attention to a place about two inches below your navel and a couple of inches back. Start to feel a growing sense of it. Even if it feels weird, and it probably will, stick with it. If you don’t feel anything at first, that’s okay, and totally normal. 

  • Keep practicing. This technique only takes a second to do. With practice you'll easily be able to direct your energy to your Belly Brain, your energy center. This is a great skill to have and to remember when you are stressed, need to think clearly, need to be totally confident, want more energy and power
