Close Your Eyes

 

  • Just by closing your eyes you cut off up to 80% of your subconscious To-Do list. That is a great first step towards relaxing and refocusing.

 

Exercise:

 

  • Just close your eyes. Sit there for a minute or two.

  • Keep your eyes closed as you notice what it’s like (to keep your eyes closed).

  • Feel your energy shift gears.
