Eye Roll

 

This can have profound relaxation and problem solving effects. 

 

Exercise:

 

  • Close your eyes
     

  •  As you breathe in, roll your eyes up as if you were looking through your forehead or eyebrows. Or do it the opposite way, roll them up as you breathe out.
     

  • Or, with your eyes closed, just focus on the top of your head,

    • imagine floating up and out the top of you head, or

    • see if you can feel the top of your brain.
