Eye Roll
This can have profound relaxation and problem solving effects.
Exercise:

Close your eyes

As you breathe in, roll your eyes up as if you were looking through your forehead or eyebrows. Or do it the opposite way, roll them up as you breathe out.

Or, with your eyes closed, just focus on the top of your head,

imagine floating up and out the top of you head, or
-
see if you can feel the top of your brain.
