Feeling Heavy 

 

  • This is a great techniques ot use for falling asleep at night or taking a nap.

  • This technique is very similar to the Arm Drop technique, except that you'll focus on feeling your whole body.

 

Exercise

 

  • Lay down in a comfortable place where you can fall asleep

  • Close your eyes

  • Remember how heavy and relaxed they felt laying in bed in the morning when you didn’t even want to get up.

  • Let yourself really go into the memory, remembering how heavy and warm and how comfortable you felt.

  • Remember the feeling: warm, heavy, totally comfortable and relaxed.
