Feeling Heavy

This is a great techniques ot use for falling asleep at night or taking a nap.

This technique is very similar to the Arm Drop technique, except that you'll focus on feeling your whole body.
Exercise

Lay down in a comfortable place where you can fall asleep

Close your eyes
-
Remember how heavy and relaxed they felt laying in bed in the morning when you didn’t even want to get up.

Let yourself really go into the memory, remembering how heavy and warm and how comfortable you felt.

Remember the feeling: warm, heavy, totally comfortable and relaxed.
