Feeling Heavy

  • Feeling Heavy. This is a great techniques to practice when having trouble falling asleep.

    This is very similar to the arm drop, except that we are letting the whole body feel heavy. This is also very similar to the other techniques that will come later.

      • after physical activity or a class disruption to help them get back on track to focused study in the classroom
