Anything you want to feel, do or be, is possible. The first step is using your imagination or memory. 
 

  • Imagination and memory are the same thing. One, we attribute to the future. The other we attribute to the past. That’s the only difference.
     

  • Imagination, pretending, is subconscious practicing. And since all learning needs to get in to the subconscious mind, ultimately, so that we can have it in our body, practicing is a very powerful tool for learning.
     

  • Sports stars use this technique, that we’ll get more into later. They call in Visualization. You can use it for anything. Now we are going to use it for relaxation and/or confidence
