Trust

  • In the Classroom - Lesson 15

After the Exercise:

Your students may benefit from a little time to process what they had experienced, whether verbally or silently. Hearing about others’ experiences (even your own) may help them.

Ask them what it was like.

You may hear comments like

  • I didn't realize how much I don't trust

  • I thought I trusted more

  • The first part was easy, but the second part was dificult

  • The first part was difficult, but the second part was easy.

  • I fell asleep

  • My mind wandered the whole time

Any of those comments are just fine. As the week progresses, excourage them to stay with the practice. At the end of the week check in again and see if their experiences had changed.
