Imagine Space

Lesson:  

This is a very simple, very very powerful exercise that promotes peace, relaxation, compassion and problem solving.
 

  • The body and the mind are not separate. Your nervous system is what powers your body and keeps it alive. Your nervous system communicates  information and energy throughout your body. 
     

  • Just like we learned in the Close Your Eyes lesson, what we see activates our nervous system (our mind and body). When we imagine we are activating up to 80% of our nervous system. 

 

  • Feeling cramped and contained often leads to stress and anxiety.
     

  • Imagining space creates mental and emotional space. It creates space for our nervous system to relax, open and flow.
