Eye Roll

  • In the Classroom - Lesson 4

Exercise:

  • Close your eyes and then take one minute to

  •  As you breathe in, roll your eyes up. Roll them up as if you were looking through your forehead or eyebrows. Or do it the opposite way, roll them up as you breathe out.

  • Let them roll back down and relax as you breathe out. Or, again, do it the opposite way, and roll them down as you breathe in.

  • This is like eye muscle weight lifting and you are doing reps, lighting and relaxing. So don’t keep your eyes stressed the whole time. Remember to give them breaks.

An alternative, if the eye roll is uncomfortable, or to experiment:

  • Have the just focus on the top of their head, as if they could float up and out the top of their head, or experience the top of their brain. All these experiences/exercises are meant for fun and learning. If a technique is ever “Not fun” then it shouldn’t be done.
