This is a well-known technique used for building self control and will power.
All of these techniques help to build self-control and self-esteem, as well as relaxation and clear thinking. They all go together after all, so I suppose we shouldn’t be surprised.
But this technique is particularly simple. So simple that if you just do it once each day, you will see it really works. It’s a quick, effective 30 second meditation session.
