  • In the Classroom - Lesson 7

After the Exercise: 

 

  • Ask them what that exercise was like for them
     

  • Remind them that this is a great exercise to do every day. They are guaranteed to feel more relaxed, with more self-control, and with a clearer head.
     

  • At the end of the week, ask them how it went, if they noticed any improvements.
