Belly Brain

  • In the Classroom - Lesson 13

Exercise:

  • Do your Slow Breathe Squeeze three times, then

  • Let yourself breathe diaphragmatically, feeling what that’s like. That’s how you breathe when you’re asleep. It’s how you breathed when you were a baby with out any worries, totally self confident, then

  • Start to pay attention to a place about two inches below your navel and a couple of inches back. Start to feel a growing sense of it. Even if it feels weird, and it probably will, stick with it. If you don’t feel anything at first, that’s okay, and totally normal.

  • Keep practicing. It only takes a second. In time you will easily be able to direct your energy to your Belly Brain, your energy center. This is a great skill to have and to remember when you are stressed, need to think clearly, need to be totally confident, want more energy and power
